Zennkai Salon

When I called this place, I was told that the price for a haircut was $29.95 plus tax. I had an appointment for 2 pm, and had to wait an hour. I should have left after 15 minutes. I was then charged $44 for my haircut. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that price was for a "dry" haircut. My hair was not washed at the salon, so I had a "dry" haircut, even though the stylist spritzed my head with water. Then I was told that Adam, the stylist, charged $50 for a haircut, but gave me a discount because he was an hour late. I did not ask for Adam when I booked because I had never been to Zennkai before. The salon booked me with Adaam. I will NEVER go here again.

I have been a couple of times for products and the girl in the front. I think her name is Carol She has dark curly hair is very helpful all the time. She is very knowledgeable of the products and very sweet when she helps people. Last week, she even walked me to the store that is across to recommend me some products from Kerastase which i definitely will try next time.

I am in love with my hair We went to Zennkai Salon with my friend for hair cut and Natasha did really good job for both of us. She is super talented and gives great service. We are lucky to find her. Thank you so much Natasha Gazely

I had a hair cut and it was terrible !!! The hairdresser cut more than I asked and it looks horrible and old fashion!! She doesn’t even know how to cut layers. I have a wedding in 2 weeks and I can’t go with this horrible hair. Very disappointed. I won’t come back.

Poor service, rude staff, and even their online ordering is not customer friendly. Even after having a minimum of $50 they don't cover insurance and ask you to submit a ticket with Canada Post on your own for lost/misplaced packages. Terrible service. This is why companies like Amazon are winning.

My mother visited your salon and requested highlights; the attendant estimated the cost to be between $90-130. My sister also received a hair treatment, which cost $48. I'm frustrated to learn why they must pay $375 in the end. for a hair treatment that costs $48 and a scarcely perceptible highlight that costs $130? from where did the $197 come? I can see how there can be taxes, but they don't have to be $197. and Even if its for styling hair or just curling it which btw my mother did not ask for it cost too much.Service: Hair coloring

Probably the worst experience ever. The receptionist, Nejin, was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I went to the store on last Thursday June 16 to book an appointment for hairstyling curl & braid for my event on Sunday June 19. I showed her the picture of the styling that I wanted to try on. She confirmed that they were able to do it and booked me for Sunday at 12pm. On Sunday when I went to the store, the hairdresser told me she cant do hairstyling. When I said, I booked an appointment, she checked my booking description and found out the receptionist, Nejin, booked me for shampoo and iron. Nejin was working on Sunday as well. When I asked her why there was a discrepancy , Nejin replied booking description doesn't matter. She didn't know the hairdresser cant do hairstyling. My question is as a customer how should we know who can do what? It is receptionist’s job to ensure right person is booked for the right job. Rather than being apologetic, She started acting very rudely. The hairdresser messed up my hair. After shampooing my hair , she started to blow dry my hair. While we were half way done, she saw another customer and went to attend that customer. She kept me waiting for another 20mins and came back to finish my hair. It was my baby shower program and my day was ruined because of the messy hairstyle. Both of your employees are extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend your store to anyone.
