I was very disappointed  I wanted to do highlights so bad and the staff said he wouldn't do that for me and insisted I get a whole hair colored one shade.. he wouldn't even let me choose the color saying he won't promote bleaching.. very disappointing. Usually have had better experiences here but this time it was bad.

This location was my favorite salon when I lived in Burnaby... highly recommend

Hairstylists are generally very thorough, some are better than others. I have been with them for over two years. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

My designers are awesome!
