Amazing experience! Very nice and clean salon located 3 min walking from Atwater metro. Marie Véronique is extremely welcoming and professional. I did Lash Lift and tint, she was very careful and was making sure that I feel good while she is doing procedure. And the result is incredible look at the picture! Extremely satisfied with my lashes! It has been a week and a half and they look gorgeous! Very light on my eyes and loving the fact that the mascara is no longer necessary since it was the biggest part of my routine. I cannot wait to go back for my refill! Thank you lovely Veronique! Disappointed! being a business owner myself I understand customer service. On June 7 had my eyelash Extensions put on by Marie it isn’t the first time I’ve seen her I’ve always been happy with her work. she put them on charge me $200 and within the week half of them fell off I called her back and her response was I’ll call you back she never did. so unfortunately poor customer Service I will not be going back to her when someone can charge a client for eyelash extensions $200 you should be able to take the responsibility to correct any problem. I am very happy with my experience at M lash bar. The girls working there are friendly, kind, and provide outstanding customer service along with beautiful lashes- perfect every time. They will work on your lashes until you are 100% happy with them! Most importantly, I feel like I am really valued as a customer there, which is why I will only be getting my lashes done here from now on. Thank you Marie, and Alexia!
I went to M lash bar for an eyelash and brow tint. Maya did an excellent job. I was a bit worried about going too dark on my brows and so she did a medium brown first and then when I asked if we could go a bit darker, she had no problem accommodating! It was a great experience. I've been looking for a new lash tint place since moving to Montreal and this was, by far, the best one I have had, especially for such a reasonable price! I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks again!
With all due date respect to the establishment and women who work there, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience I was hoping for. First off, I’d like to note that the professionalism and customer service shown, is outstanding. And that is definitely something I loved about this place. The issue is with the specific technician that I had. I was referred to this place by another lash technician who was unable to work for a few works. She swore by this place and I still believe her! I had accidentally booked an appointment for a classic set and called to change it to a volume set. The person with whom I spoke to, said that she didn’t have any availabilities but that they could’ve done a hybrid set which would still look full. Now, I want to mention that I’ve only gotten my lashes done from a handful of different technicians. I’m not super aware of the ‘lash etiquettes’ and therefore I wasn’t aware that we CAN specify wanting a certain length or shape. I literally only thought you chose the type of set and that’s that. My lash technician Stephanie didn’t ask what I was looking for. All we both really knew, was that I was there for a full hybrid set at 8:30am. I ended up spending 1h30 and $150 for a full set that literally did NOT make a difference. When I left, i took a picture and sent it to a couple of my girlfriends and they all couldn’t tell that I had just gotten my lashes done. I was beyond disappointed. I ended up contacting the salon and this is what I mean by great customer service and the technician agreed to try and fill in the lashes a little more, free of cost which took another hour. Once I checked, I was still very disappointed. I knew it was supposed to be a hybrid, but it looked like a classic.. even less than a classic. In all honesty, The additional lashes made a VERY faint and slight difference, but nothing significant. At that point, I was just so fed up being there for so long, that I just shut up and left. I do want to specify that this review does not reflect the salon or the other girls who work there. I have a girlfriend of mine who went to get a full set and they came out AMAZINGLY. I wish I had gotten the technician who did her lashes! They were beautiful! Unfortunately, this experience really tarnished my desire to go back to that salon. I truly don’t mind spending the money on my lashes, but I’m not willing to do it when I feel like there is no difference.
I had a great experience at M Lash Bar. I came in to get my eyelashes tinted and lifted a few weeks ago and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the locale; the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of my esthetician, Maya who did an excellent job, by the way. Your lashes do feel scratchy as the glue is put on them, but it's all worth it. Alys, Montreal

I had my first eyelash extension experience with M Lash Bar today. The technicians are very knowledgable, and begin the appointment by asking about your preferences and taking a look at your natural lashes. The style I got are classic lashes, where the extensions added on are single strand. Then, you spend the appointment laying on a comfortable raised platform with a pillow, knee supports, and a blanket--it's very easy to fall asleep! In the end, when I finally sat up, I had lashes that were longer, and looked amazing. They feel very flattering, feminine, and added a boost of self confidence. I highly recommend M Lash Bar. It's very friendly towards individuals who are new to lash extensions, with thoughtful consideration of your wants/needs, and very knowledgable and competent technicians who are super friendly and nice. Couldn't have had a better first time experience, and plan to return.
