Went here for eyebrow threading. They changed the technician recently and the new one is not very good. She used a very harsh thread and the whole experience was painful. I left with 4 bloody cuts on my eyebrows. She missed a few hairs as well but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to do any more damage. She spent less than 8 minutes on my eyebrows. Did not apply any products before or after to make the process less painful. No clean up either left with hair all over my face. Really unequipped studio. Worst $14 I’ve spent on eyebrows - honestly would recommend others to spend a few more dollars to go somewhere more professional.
The worst nail salon in Montreal. I had been there once before this experience for a pedicure to which I was no pleased. My usual nail salon was closed so I decided to give this place another try yesterday... that was a mistake. I called and made a gel manicure appointment and informed them I currently had dip powder on. Upon arrival the front desk ignored me for 15 minutes. Finally the technician came to me and informed me she was allergic to the dipping powder and cannot perform the service.. Totally understand allergies, but so unprofessional to book a client, allow them to arrive and then turn them away. Such a waste of time.
Best manicure I’ve ever had! Stopped in with no appointment & was such a quick and lovely service. I chose shellac: beautifully and gently done. I love it. If you’re in the area you must try!!Service: Manicure
I went for a full face threading which includes eyebrows.... The lady didn't even ask me how I'd like my eyebrows done and just straight went for it and I had to stop her to explain, when I did she barely listened and made my eyebrows way too short opposite of what I asked my face still had a lot of random hair that she left undone so I went back after using the mall bathroom mirror I noticed the hair with minimal lighting and without focus and asked her to finish it properly. The technique she used while doing it made the threading more painful that it needed to be I've been doing this for a while and to top it all off, she gave me some cuts on the face in the easiest areas of the face like cheeks ..... and for that I paid 50$ ..... I honestly would expect a refund cuz it was so bad. For any type of threading I recommend you all to go to "salon Ami" on Darlington. They know what they're doing yet they're inexpensive. I should've stuck with them but they were busy and I was in a rush to get my face done. NEVER again
Went last Sunday with my friends to get my nails done, the lady who did my nails was nice but I payed 92$ for biogel where she put a full nail to cover my nail and had so much left over gel under some nails. I always get biogel and have never experienced that plus they ladies that were doing our nails said they were super busy so they couldn’t do designs on one of my friend but there was no one waiting even though the nail techs said they had people back to back and my other friend didn’t do her nails because the techs were fully booked and wouldn’t do what they wanted. I came here as walk-in, make a phone call 10mins before I got here. Two girls started to help me together and got really effective and high quality work done. Also my phone was dying and they gave me charger. I chose 3 colors and got glue for my broken thumb nail and they helped me remove my old polish all for $46 before taxes really fair price LOVE my new nail Definitely gonna go there for next time!
First time there, had a great experience. Shimika did my brows, upper lip and face. She was very careful and patient. I am extremely happy with the results. Prices are very affordable as well. Highly recommend.
