Awesome tasting sushi also relatively affordable in financial district so glad a place like this exist!! Also really nice customer service! The photo is Torched salmon lover bento, $20 with miso soup
Quite a good eatery for lunch at the PATH. Not a cheap eat, but worth to treat yourself sometimes during the work week. Shoyu ramen was perfectly portioned and not too salty. Super nice packaging for ramen takeout. The torched salmon sushi is also my favorite. I did wish the portions for bento and roll are bigger tho. Hence 4 stars. Come before or after 12pm to avoid lunch rush here. They are very popular! Service was always good. Fast, friendly and efficient.
High quality sushi in the PATH! Always stop by here for lunch whenever I’m in the area. Love that everything is so fresh and already ready at the front to pick up. The torched sushi especially is my fave! They also give you free miso soup with purchase.Recommended dishesSushi & Sashimi
High quality sushi with great service! Perfect for a work lunch as they have pre-made fresh sushi combos and ramen with reasonable prices. I got the salmon lover combo, sushi bento with free miso soup.Food: 5/5
We ordered the Chirashi and salmon rolls. The quality of fish was great, but the rice in the Chirashi was a little clumpy. We enjoyed the food a lot nonetheless and would definitely come back to try other items! The staff was really nice and the service was extremely fast too.
Probably the best take-out sushi you can get in the downtown area. That's not to say it's the best sushi I've had, but for a $20 lunch it's very good quality. I tried the Torch Combo and my friend tried the Sashimi + Sushi Combo, both were around the same price. It was a good portion, I was decently full. The sushi and sashimi box seemed great value, some of the pieces were really delicious like the Tuna. The fish on the sushi was quite thin though, some even falling apart from how thin it is. Once again, for the price and location, you can't be too picky. The line was really long when we went and we ordered on Ritual - That was a 30 minute wait. I'd recommend ordering beforehand and not leaving the office until it's ready.
I had the Spicy Salmon Don and it was great! The salmon tasted very fresh and it was filling. This might become my go to for lunch when I come into the office.
We got omakase boxes + the spicy salmon oshizushi and it was absolutely delicious! The fish was good quality and fresh, and the sushi rice was perfect. Zen Kyoto was able to accommodate us for gluten allergy / celiac and made our meals completely gluten-free, which we were very appreciative of! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, celiac friendly
The best takeout spot for sushi I’ve found in toronto. Hidden gem, highly recommend. Excellent Chirashi don. Can’t wait to go back to try their ramen.
Amazing shoyu ramen from this brand new place in the Path! So delicious, and quick friendly service! Will definitely return!
