I’ve been to Zen quite a few times and really enjoyed my visits. The sushi is always fresh and the food always comes out quickly. Drinks had a fair amount of alcohol. When we were ready to leave, it just took a really long time to get our bill and it was semi busy.
Salt and pepper shrimp was delicious as always. Mango chicken was tasty, large portion. Both went well with Mango Mojitos.
Outstanding Asian Fusion downtown. Food was off the chain delicious! All I can say is if you are in town this is a total MUST STOP!

Outstanding location for delicious Asian food. The staff was very sociable and kind. The place has a great feel to it. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.
Definitely fusion food- so that may be a pro or con depending on your tastes. The sushi is great.
I used to love it here. I ordered from grubhub tonight and it will be the last time. I’m 6 months pregnant and was served a salad with ice in it and fried sushi that was cold and mushy. Too risky for me to come back.
