Zappy Pizza

I ordered the "la beauté" breakfast. Place was busy sunday morning but no wait for tables so it took a little time to get the food but the coffee was always refilled so all good. Right beside the metro de l'eglise and across the street from the berges de verdun and the beach. Nice little ambiance with excentric clientele and staff. The breakfast I ordered tasted good and was a good price and value.

Friendly service while maintaining a decently fast speed. We were served all our plates under 10 minutes but we did go early and the restaurant was not full so I can't guarantee that is the speed you will get everytime. The portions are big enough to get you full and the prices are reasonable. 13$ for the steak and 8$ for a breakfast with 2 eggs, 2 meats. potatoes, toast and coffee. The taste is also pretty decent for me.

Will give a ZERO star if it was possible. Busy day without electricity in Verdun, been seated by the hostess at around 10am, waited atleast 20+min at the table for service. No waitress or any human contact at all. Waitress went to see other tables without even noticing we were there. This was my only experience at this restaurant and I don’t think i will give it a 2nd chance. Rather pay more next door at L’Oeufrier and enjoy.

The plates are humongous and delicious!!! The breakfast is unbelievably delicious! Their rib steaks are to die for, I order this plate once a week at least and it is served with rice, big pieces of vegetables and their salad comes in an individual container, it's simply delicious!!! lots of waiting. Bad managements. Very bad attitude towards the customer. They simply ignores us and we left. At least that’s what we experienced. Not sure if it happens to the Quebecers. To me they are racist.

A relic from my childhood that lived up to the nostalgia, perfect all-dressed pizza with added bacon. Service was also friendly.

Really good when looking for comfort food! Looks like the place has been there since forever as well as some of their clients - which is always a good sign :
