Zaitoun Kabob

The food was very good. 8/10 Service was pretty good as well.8/10 The pricing is not cheap, but not very expensive either. I think the prices are justifiable. 7/10 My only complaint about this place is that the finish on the tables was very sticky. They have nice wooden table tops but the wood finish is either not the right kind or they are using the wrong cleaning products on those tables incompatible with the wood finish, making them sticky. Our clother, disposable plates, etc were all sticking to the table.

After reading so many amazing reviews I finally decided to ditch my favourite place across the street and try Zaitoun and I was not disappointed. I tried their Lamb Chops and Beef Shami Kafta and it was super tasty. Staff is super nice and helpful with big smile on their faces. I’m gonna try Ribs next time hoping it will be just as delicious as their lamb chops. Overall, clean place, nice location and good seating.

Tried their Broast Burger. The burger itself looked really appealing, but was actually very bland even though I made sure to order the spicy variant. The chicken definitely needs more seasoning, and the sauce needs more flavour tasted like regular garlic mayo. Fries weren’t bad.

Mandi from Zaitoun, Toronto I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. I had Chicken and Lamb Mandi with salad, Hummus, garlic and chutni. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. The staff is also really friendly. There was not plenty of room for dine-in.

Amazing food!!! We got the fried chicken and stake sandwich and they were so delicious. The staff are very nice and friendly I would definitely visit them again

Always drive by and never thought to try it. However the Chilli steak sandwich is pretty good. I have had it a few times now. I have found that the flavour is great however the portions were not consistent on each visit. Also on the pricer side at $19 for the combo.

The high rating here is not a joke they really are great. The staff over here is always super nice, they don't know how to say no? I believe it's a small shop that's run by the family. The food is really good they have pretty authentic Broast chicken and the Beef burgers are good too.

Very nice and quick customer service, we got inside dining and it was comfortable. Ribs are excellent but little pricey and small in size, overall quite satisfied with the experience, will surely recommend. Lady at the counter was nice and super quick in her service

The food was delicious. The food serving since was good. We ordered the beef burger, beef burger with cheese mushroom sauce. One with sauce was tastier. We ordered the shami kebab platters thing, very tasty, the chicken Tikka platter amazing! Their chicken broast was very tasty too. However, I would say you just feel very full after the broast, since it's probably deep fried, however the flavoring was perfect. I would reccomend anyone in that area to do try their food. We really enjoyed our meal there. Vegetarian options: There were two vegetarian burgers. Though I am not a big fan so I didn't pay much attention other than this. Kid-friendliness: We had 6 kids with us, 9 and under and the staff didn't say anything with kids being loud or anything. Infact the staff was quite friendly.

Canada is an amazing country, in my opinion, without a doubt the best country in the world! One of amazing beauties of Canada is the fact that one who lives in this amazing country is provillages to meet people from all over the world. One can enjoy and experience different cultures, and food.... There is almost no country in the world without a cultural centre of restaurant. What is most amazing yet, is the fact that one can discover different cultures come together and provide unique and amazing culinary experience that is unique and new. Zaitoun is one of those amazing examples where a couple from two different nations Afghan and Yeman created a restaurant with a menu unique and amazing where two different cuisines influence each other in amazing ways. Zaitoun's menu is unique as it is influenced by Afghan, Iran, Yemen, Canadian and American cuisines! Their famous steak sandwich American is unique with species from Yemen and the fried chicken and ribs include hints from Afghan spices. They have their homemake garlic sauce, that are complementary with all meals including kabobs and philly steaks. This is a Halal restaurant and their portion sizes are quite generous. I was told that they offer Yemen's Afandi food on Fridays. The restaurant has an amazing outdoor patio so if one wants to set outside and enjoy the exotic Afghan/ Yemen's food!
