Food was delicious.Taste was good and felt very authentic flavours in the food. Portion size was good and price is reasonable.We had a hearty meal and got left overs too for bill less than $60. Server was good too but Food takes a lil longer to serve. Just one point which I didn’t find good was my table was smelling of chicken.The smell was very strong and bad.I checked and it was coming from almost every corner. The best part Wes, they were serving bottled water to everyone.

Very good food, we tried their Nihari 5 star, Chicken boti 4 star and chicken biryani 4 star. Coming from Austin Texas and tried their food for the first time. Service outstanding. The atmosphere is very clean, good and unique. Must try this place if you visit Vancouver.Food: 5/5
Very nice Halal Pakistani/Indian Restaurant. We have been here have couple of times. We did Dine-in and takeout as well. Both experience were pretty good. We found food tasting very good especially their mutton items. Their Tandoori chicken and other BBQ items are good as well. The ambience is good and gives you a fine dining experience but the furniture & lighting may not be in their best upkeep. They also have outdoor dining in the patio. The service was very good and I would recommend other people to try it as well…
Finally we went for Zaiqa's Breakfast buffet on a long weekend, Brunch actually . It's a halal place, well decorated and food presentation is nice. Breakfast included goat paya, beef keema bhurji, egg bhurji, alu bhurji, cholay, sarsoon da saag, plain yogurt, suji halwa, onion, achar and tea. They served fresh naan and poori at table. Parata was not served, we haven't requested though. We liked the cholay, alu bhurji, egg bhurji and the beef keema, but goat paya was disappointing- watery, masala not proportionate, like something was missing. Expected a better tasting paya from a Pakistani place. To add to it, halwa was also watery, not tasty. However, Naan and puri were perfect! Finally, tasty tea made it all with a good ending. Probably it was not their best day. Only two people were seen working, one man in kitchen, coming out to the cash when someone paying the bill and a girl running around, refilling the food, serving naan, puris to the tables. She served 5 tables together when we started, managed well, Much appreciated! It's a spacious place. Needs some rearrange in sitting area for it's too congested. A fellow diner recommended Zaiqa's karahi and mutton dishes. Hope to taste it some other day. Overall experience is good.
One of the must-try restaurant in BC. They have all delicious Pakistani style dishes, fresh Naan, and Tea. Every word is full of the tastes of Pakistan with Canadian custom service & culture. Lots of parking, inside and outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. Accessible for wheelchair customers. In the last few times, we enjoyed the food and a fantastic environment.
DONT BRING YOUR FAMILIES HERE FOR IFTAR. We invited our family here today and the food finished within 15 minutes and was not refilled. We asked repeatedly and nothing was done. It was so embarrassing to have our family get next to nothing in their plates. My husband and I did not eat anything. The naans were burnt and the food that we did manage to get had no flavor or tasted bad. We reserved our spot 20 days ahead of time. The restaurant still took walk ins and by the time people finished Maghrib prayer there was no food left. The food that was being refilled was being brought in small bowls enough to fill one person's plate. I will NEVER come here or book with this restaurant ever again. My husband waited at the counter requesting to speak with the owner for 45 minutes the owner didn't come out. There jugs of rooh afza and lemonade were only have full and tasted like syrup. WORST EVER EXERIENCE DONT BRING YOUR FAMILIES HERE.
Just had dinner with my mom here for the first time. An unplanned stop on the way looking for halal places in Surrey a random selection totally worth it! - very pleased with the dining experience. Warm n welcoming hospitality. Delicious food exactly how we expected keeping the true Lahori food in mind! Yum really. Extensive manue. Fresh and with spices to match your taste buds. We ordered Lahori Fish, Lahori Chargha, mango chicken karahi, butter chicken, Naan n whole wheat roti. Completely Satisfied! If you ever in search of authentic lahori Pakistani food Zaiqa is the place. Plenty of parking. Clean n beautiful decor. Oh and we took our Kashmiri chai to go : - Arsh and saraj are amazing hostesses. Thank you!
Went for my friend farewell party, restaurant has nice atmosphere. The service and food were good. However, menu choices wasn’t wide & music was missing. Looking forward to see more variety in breads. Gulab Jamoon were best part of ending. Highly recommend.
We went for Iftar Dinner today. When we were eating we realised that the Biryani, Goat curry and Chicken Tandoori are rotten Didn’t tried other items. We paid the bill before hand They ask to pay before eating and we realised that the items are very cold. However, we compromise and proceeded for our dinner. However, when we complain about the food to the girl that was taking care of our table she went out to call the owner. He came and went inside the kitchen looking at us and never approached us. We went to the counter and the lady at the counter says she ate that biryani and it was good. But we ask her to smell the food, she smell it she realised that the food was bad and started making excuses that she is not feeling well and can’t smell.
