Good facilities. However the staff is not very helpful. I did not realized they are a indoor show facility. I drove all the way down there to do a yfit class and was surprised to find out that your needs shoes. I double checked the website to see if I had missed it on there but it definitely doesn't say what your require. What a waste of time.
I tried out their TRX class recently, it was a lot of fun and physically challenging. Great way to change up your workout routine for sure.
Nice and clean facility. Great TRX classes.
