Great food, with fresh-tasting ingredients and quality product. And the service and attentiveness by the owner was absolutely fantastic! She welcomed us in and accommodated us in every way. The food was excellent, and very tasty. Pot stickers were fantastic, so was the Hunan pork and the sweet and sour chicken. Absolutely wonderful dinner! Vegetarian options: Many options to choose from. Kid-friendliness: Varied menu with all the favorites. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot.
If I could marry this place I would. This is the best food I’ve ever tasted and puts your common Chinese restaurants too shame. When they say it’s fresh it tastes like they picked it behind the store! The portions are large also. The lady in the front was so sweet I will be a permanent customer
This was my first time at Yum Yummy and first time ever eating lo mein. I got the sweet chicken teriyaki lo mean - it is so delicious!!! I asked for no spice and she said she made it sweet for me and it is perfect. The nicest couple! The lady was so sweet! I will eat here again!Food: 5/5
This could easily be a five star but I'll start with why I gave this place a 4 star. -The food here is cooked FRESH. Don't expect to walk in and be ready to pick up your food. She will cook it right then. - I HIGHLY suggest to call in for your order. This place is ran by a husband and wife. It's a two person show running the whole thing. So PATIENCE is something you'll need. - PRICES on your food...you will not know the price of your food until she has it ready and there is a notice stating that due to the pandemic a lot of their prices have changed...super understandable. - THE LADY--- she can be rude, eccentric, loud, bossy, and anxious. Which I understand because it's her and her husband the only ones running this place. If I knew what I was walking into I would've been understanding but it was a shock. As I was about to pay, she rose her voice louder to let me know she doesn't accept credit card, only cash or debit. Would be nice if she had a sign stating that.. but other than that and my first experience at yum yummy I'd say I'm more trained now and will continue to support this establishment because the food was DELICIOUS and worth the wait and her attitude will not ruin my appetite because that's how she is. So if you want fresh, Delicious Chinese food with a full lot of sass this is your place to be.
As a first time experience with my family, it was pleasant, the owner was so sweet, and the food was great. She had strong suggestions on what to order, and she cooked it all herself. Talk about a one man show! She has no help yet managed to make us the most delicious meals and save us money. I will be telling all my friends about Yum Yummy. Vegetarian options: The owner suggested the soft tofu because it would be more flavourful. It was amazing!
I have loved this restaurant for their food, but will no longer go here. I have been told I couldn't order what I wanted, that I was ordering too much food and the woman has chase my husband out over 50 cents that he had already paid. Today was a whole new level of unreal. I was told I could only have a smaller size of what I had ordered because she was too busy. I said no thanks. My husband stopped in there. She refused him food and YELLED at him. Then called me back being very sweet because my husband was upset. Upset doesn't begin to cover how he feels after he was berated. Over soup. I love your food, but it's definitely not worth the hassle. We went 1/2 mile down the road and got excellent service and some great soup.
The woman owner was great . Is a local business it was pretty quiet while all the chain restaurants had lines wrapped around them. The food was excellent and not very expensive. Currently there only offering a to go experience. Everything tasted fresh and I recommend that you check them out if you've never been thereFood: 5/5
Something about their food makes it taste, like no other Chinese food you've had before. each order is cooked fresh. As a person who's eaten at lots of Chinese restaurants. This is one of my favorite places to get food to go . Be patient !! they have a very small staff. We all get hungry . you'll be satisfied after you try it and eat it .. do not get the their spicy!
I greatly enjoyed the dinner I purchased here. It's a small restaurant owned and operated, as far as I could tell, by a nice lady who is the owner. Because of this the place is take out only as she doesn't have staff there to have dine in options. I didn't know this going in as google maps said dine in was available. I sat patiently for her to make my order, and she did not keep me waiting long. The food was still hot even after the drive back to the hotel. The meal was very delicious, I got beef Lao Mein, which as noodles with beef and vegetables. Very tasty. The portion size was very satisfying. The prices were competitive, even after she like everyone else had to raise prices due to inflation. All of this being said, the owner can be difficult to understand at times. There was difficulty in getting an itemized receipt, and the owner handwrote it. I just hope work accepts it.
First time here. Truck driver from Florida, they made me an excellent shrimp fried rice and crab racoon, everything made fresh..and open late on a sunday....excellent
