This was our first visit. Food was awesome! So good! I liked it better than some of the other local favorites. I ordered online, and husband was picking up on his way home from work. He got there, paid, and was leaving when a guy ran out the back, telling him he gave him the wrong order. He went back in and had to tell them our entire order. The box they put our food in leaked all over. When he got home, we quickly realized we were double charged. He paid in the store and paid online. Our mistake, I didn't communicate that I had already paid. He was also getting texts that our food is ready. He called back and spoke with someone who was telling him they don't use online ordering or computer for anything. My husband decided to go back and talk to him because there was a miscommunication. He shows the guy our online order and shows it going to his store. The guy still insists they don't get those orders. We are now communicating with the website we ordered through. Confusing part is, why are we able to order on a website that connects to their store and why is the website telling us they were able to send our order in?
02/07/23 ordered 2 shrimp lo mein nothing but tasteless noodles five shrimp in each piled up with tasteless noodles. Informed the store he was very nasty and didn’t correct. It never going there again. Parking: Parking in front
I decided to order one tried and true favorite and then one new order. I was pleased with both! Plus my son and I have plenty for leftovers
Have been coming here for years but I did want to refresh my review that lately the food has been even better than normal and the portions have maybe even been larger. Quality is very consistent even if I order shortly before closing
Service could be better so 4 stars. This place is carry out only and when my order was ready I noticed there were no utensils. I asked for chopsticks and she said they have no chopsticks! First Asian or Chinese type place that does not have chopsticks. She did offer a fork which was good. The food was in an aluminum container which leaked all inside the bag even though the food remained upright. Good thing the bag was intact or it would’ve made a mess all over my rental car. Food was decent typical Chinese fare. With utensils napkins and a sealed container this would’ve been a five star review.
One of the best places around Toledo to get good Chinese food. Call ahead to order and they quickly prepare your food. Hardly ever a wait. But they are always busy. I have never had a bad meal yet from there. First Wok is either permanently closed or remodeling. 4/15/23

Food was good but terrible service. They gave me my food in a small paper lunch bag that I had to hold sideways and it leaked thru the paper all over my car seat. Plastic bags aren't expensive. And if you use a paper bag at least give me a big enough bag that I don't have to hold it sideways. A car moves a lot. They also gave me no utensils or napkins. Food was great but was definitely a hassle.
Absolutely amazing. Lo mein was incredible, and the egg roles have a nice pepper flavor that's just enough to make them stand out I'm glad I ordered More than 1 They also give you generousportions in metal free containersthat you can easily just pop in the microwave. I can't wait to come back 10/10
