my daughter15 and her boyfriend16 went to there store to look at a few things and there works there would not leave there side they were uncomfortable even sitting outside being looked out they keep asking my daughter question that we’re unreasonable they were very pushy when my daughter said no to trying things on and to items she wasn’t interested in. Which they have also been called out for targeting teenage girls for “stealing” when they have not.
I love second hand clothing stores and finding this upscale boutique in the middle of Sylvan Lake while I was on vacation was a lucky find. All of the pieces on display have been meticulously chosen, are in fine condition, and there's many different sizes available. I came out with multiple beautiful tops at a very reasonable price. I can't wait to visit Sylvan's Once Again again to see what else it might have.
I have been shopping at this little gem for about 5 years now. It started when I worked next door and I was in transition between sizes because of a significant weight loss. I didn't want to go spend money on expensive clothes because I knew I would just end up not fitting them anymore. Jeanette was SO welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful with every single outfit I tried on. I can honestly say that the majority of my closet is clothes/shoes/purses & accessories I have purchased from her store. <3 The selection of dresses and plus size BRAND NAME clothes is outstanding! If you're looking for something unique and different that won't break the bank. GO HERE! I promise you will not be disappointed!
Such a wonderful little gem in the heart of Red Deer. Once Again Consignment carries such unique and fabulous fashion finds! I always look forward to visiting Jeanette and seeing what’s new in store. My daughters and I all enjoy our regular visits, the fashions are timeless, up to date, and affordable! Jeanette is always so welcoming and has a great eye for fashion. Absolutely love shopping here!
This is such a fantastic shop located in Red Deer. They are very accommodating and friendly. Jeanette is very involved in the community and puts her heart and sole into helping women find that perfect outfit. Highly recommend going there if you are like me hate clothes shopping or high prices. The friendly atmosphere and quality of the clothing will keep me going there. Love you all thanks for the positive friendly service you always give.
Wow. Took my gal here and she was able to buy almost new high end fashionable clothes at a fraction of the price. Owner very helpful. I only wish they had men's clothing as well.
Very friendly every time I go! Today my sister and I had to feed the meter and Jeanette offered the change for it, saying,"Pay it forward". So I am, with this honest review. You won't find a kinder, more knowledgeable shopowner whose only goal is to help you leave happy! Definitely going back for more fashion at very reasonable prices!
I own and operate my own business. I require a professional appearance. I have to say that my closet is 90% transformed to professional outfits I have found over the past 2 years from Jeanette and her lovely staff. Not just for the cost savings but the experience and atmosphere.
Really great boutique style consignment store with new and slightly used clothing. Great assortment and quality of clothes and awesome staff! I highly recommend you stop in there if you are going to Sylvan Lake or if you live in the area.
