The mission of the Youngstown Free Library is to provide materials and services for community residents, recreational interests, and informational needs. The library promotes leisure reading, encourages preschoolers’ introduction to books, assists elementary and secondary level students in meeting their educational objectives, and emphasizes the pursuit of life-long learning for people of all ages.
