Their communication is terrible. Insurance is very tedious and communication is important. My broker and his colleagues do not know how to communicate, they do not know how to update people in terms of account information. There has been multiple occasions in 2020 and recently this month where I had to call multiple times, send emails for someone to contact me so I can get a peace of mind on my account as to what is happening since my renewal date is approaching soon. I hate calling a company that doesn’t Answer my calls or email.
Updated credit card info only applied to one account. Other payment did not go through and was charged nsf and impacted credit score. Not easy to resolve during complications, not polite or easy to communicate with. No apologies, no attempt to retain me as customer.
Poor customer service and communication skills as a company they will have you in circles like a merry go round. Please do your best NOT to do business with a company that never has time for your questions or concerns they always have to get back to you and never do!
Horrible insurance company! I informed them to cancel my auto and home insurance policy 2 weeks before the renewal, even signed the cancellation form MARIAN ALVAREZ sent me. But to my surprise, 2 months payment was still deducted from my account. Now they said i have to wait up to 15 days for the refund. I'm so disappointed. Stay away from the morons!!!
This office addresses my home and auto insurance needs.. I have been a client for years. Courteous team of brokers. They have set a high standard of I will continue to renew with them for years to come
