Did not eat in not sure if that is an option at this location any more, but instead did take-out. Even after getting the food home, it was still absolutely delicious. The staff was very kind and this will definitely become a regular spot for my family.Food: 5/5
First time ordering from here, I was very worried when I pulled up and first walked in. Building is rundown and tired. However the staff were friendly, cheerful and my order was ready at the time they said. We purchased a meal for 3, fed 4 and have leftovers, food was tasty and cooked well. I don't ask for more than that from any establishment. We will be back.
Ordered 3 dinners for one. The chicken fried rice tasted burnt and the pork was dry. When we called in to advise them of the incident they felt there was nothing they could do. They did not care that they lost a customer. They have lost a customer that has been going to them for more than 10 years. The quality of there food has steadily been going downhill but today's dinners were the worst.
Called at 11 am for an order at 4 pm on new years eve, the food was done by 4 they called us before hand to let us know and the food was delicious, was my first time here I just moved to alcona and I'll be back for sure me and my girlfriend loved every bit of it, the spring rolls were some of the best I've had too! Thnx again to everyone there we really appreciate the great service!!!!!
Have been ordering from Young Chow for years and have always had a great experience! Love the wok hay on the fried rice!
My food was ready in exactly 15 minutes but that was for pick up order! I was impressed because normally it would take 30-45 minutes! When I brought the food home, it was HOT and it was fresh! The vegetables were so crisp. The only thing I would say I did not like, was the deep fried wontons.. They were massive!!!! Not like the tiny ones you get in soup! They basically just deep fry some triangle looking things and bam! I did enjoy it however and I WILL order there again!!: Cheers!
Ordered their dinner for 4 and it was enough to feed 5 people with a little extra for leftovers. My favourite was the lemon chicken.
We have been living in Innisfil since 2008 and we order food from here 2-3 times a year. It never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and courteous as well. I would advise that if you plan to order on a holiday especially NYE plan well ahead because they are very busy and there can be lengthy wait times. Thanks for all of the great meals over the years Young Chow!
This is the only place we get our Chinese food from. It's often busy so be prepared to sometimes wait for your food but it is worth it. Just call ahead to order. The food is great and always tastes amazing. Never greasy.
The food was so so. It barely had any taste and I felt that it was quite greasy and when I saw them cooking I didn't feel it was the cleanest place. I saw them touching food and then touching their hair and then touching the food again without washing their hands. I haven't been to run down places that have amazing food but this isn't one of them.
