this is a government site, yet it is not updated. visual pictures are wrong, this office is closed and new location is 17150 Yonge Street. It should also inform what the office offers, example; job postings, print capability and others.

I checked the website and called and both said I could apply in person at this location but when I got there and asked to apply in person they had no idea what to tell me except to call another place lol. Wonder what the workers here are hired for

So far I've seen my worker once, when I was accepted. Haven't been able to get an appointment with ANY worker since. There are legitimate reasons why I need to speak to my worker.

In August I visited the office, I had an appointment to ask for assisstance for a dentist I am retired and have no coverage They offered me $100,I told the worker,that it's not enough to cover the problem with my toothache,that's all they offered. Today,January 30,2020,I received a Statement of Benefit T4 in the amount of $498. I never got a penny from them. Ha0ve no idea where it's coming from

Some people were very nice and welcoming while others were very rude and ignorant . When I'm going into a place to help me get support for my family , the last thing I need is ignorance and additude .

Worst service ever!
