Ikea shipped a broken item to me. I tried to get a refund or replacement, but I was on hold for far too long and was forced to hang up before anyone answered. They will not accept any emails or live chat support. The item also arrived late.
Don't order online! They don't care if it's delivered or not. I've just received my order partially and nobody answer the phone or email!
DON'T BUY FROM IKEA.. very incompetent, useless delivery service, worst experience ever. They rescheduled the delivery TWICE, and made us wait for the delivery for 8 days, and they didn't even bother calling to say they won't deliver the items.. they don't even deserve the one star rating
Although XPO Logistics is to blame for the poor quality of deliveries, IKEA should take some responsibilities and see that their vision comes through. As for IKEA merchandise, it seems to be on the decline for the past ten years but the breadth of their line of products keeps growing.
I have been trying to reach the customer service to place an order, as the app does not allow me to select Curbside pickup. It’s quite frustrating.
