Amazing head spa experience! I went in for the 90 min head spa which includes a scalp analysis and consultation, deep scalp massage, scalp treatment, hair mask, and more. Mika is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to help you understand your current scalp health and how to maintain treatment on your own at home. The studio is beautiful and it felt so luxurious and relaxing to have a robe along with tea and snacks - truly pampered in a private studio! I had the best scalp massage during my treatment - I nearly fell asleep. Can't wait for my next appointment - highly recommend others to give this a try!

I've experienced the 90min signature Japanese head spa.  Mika was very friendly and informative regarding the steps of the treatment!  She diagonosed  my scalp by using a microscope , recommending certain products that would target my concerns.  Along using the products she would massage my scalp which is nice. She would also massage the shoulders and arms too ! She also offer different kinds of tea or drinks and a few snacks for you to savor. Makes it a nice spa experience.  The massage chair was very comfy and I fall asleep during the wash and rinse!  Unfortunately my feet are sensitive, so I've declined the feet massage. Lol  if you do like a feet massage I am pretty sure it's within the spa plan!  Also they would send you an email regarding the product usage and scalp before and after photos!  I've also purchased some products that would suitable to my needs ! I can't wait to come back next time ! Their schedules are quite full. Will have to book in advance.

If you are like me and watched so many Japanese hair spa/massage videos on youtube, you know it looks so relaxing. I had to find one in Vancouver to do and luckily Yoko's Salon has it covered. And let me just say, it is just as relaxing as it looks on video and more. I booked the 90 minute signature head spa and it was absolutely heaven! Walking in, I felt so welcomed and already you can feel a relaxing atmosphere. Along with your session, they offer you tea with a couple of light snacks I had their signature blend which was very yummy!. Not only was it so relaxing and pampering, it was incredibly informative. They used a machine to take a deep look at my scalp it's crazy to look at! and they walk you through your scalp's condition and the treatment you'll receive. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or judged about my scalp health.  Everything is tailored to fit your needs and your scalps. They lined up the products for me and explained each step, what was being put on my head and the purpose for it. And then began the fun part which was the amazing scalp massages - yes, there was more than one massage! They also massaged the shoulders, arms, and legs for further relaxation. The products felt amazing, not only did they smell great but they use products designed to improve your scalp's health.  At the end, a comparison was made using the machine again to take a look at my scalp and the difference was astounding. My scalp looked so much more healthy and my hair felt smooth and soft. I can not recommend Yoko's Salon enough, they know what they are doing and they made me feel so comfortable.  From the second I walked in to the second I left, it was a exceptional experience. Please go and support this lovely business and make sure to book soon! They can fill up pretty fast!  I can't wait to go back! :

My sister treated me to my very first "Head Spa" treatment. Mika started with an initial consultation and in-depth hair/scalp assessment. Ella then begun a series of cleansing/detox treatments tailored to my scalp's needs. The overall experience was relaxing and informative and I can't wait to go again and recommend to all my family and friends! Products were recommended but I never felt pressured to purchase. A detailed follow up email was received the next day including before and after pictures of my scalp, along with instructions on how to use the products purchased. Overall, Mika and Ella were very attentive, the spa itself was extremely relaxing. Thank you so much for the lovely experience! I can't wait to come back for my next appointment.

Absolutely LOVED the 90 minute Signature Japanese head spa! I would highly recommend. Mika is so knowledgeable about scalp health and has a magic touch! My head felt so clean and fresh, and my hair was so light and soft! I thought my scalp was healthy but when they show you your super, up close, magnified scalp, you'll be surprised! But once they're done cleaning and massaging then your scalp looks healthy and clean! Definitely going back!

I had the 90 minute Signature Japanese Head spa treatment.  My expectations were met and much more!!! I have had scalp issues for years, and Mika is incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at scalp health.  It was a beautiful spa and a relaxing experience, as well as a full at home recommended treatment plan.  So grateful and will be going back again in 6 weeks!  Highly recommend!!!!

I had an amazing head spa treatment! I felt pampered and happy after the spa. Mika educated me on how to truly take care of my hair instead of just relying on voluminous hair productsbecause I have fine/thin hair. After the treatment, I felt that my hair has more volume and healthier than before. I didn't restock on my usual shampoo and conditioner before the spa treatment because I already get the feeling that I'll be buying better ones at their shop and I'm glad I didn't. I can't wait to use these products that I've bought from them!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! It was so great to learn about my scalp health and needs and the effects on my overall health. Mika is so knowledgeable and explains the process clearly.
