Yogen Früz

This location is an absolute wreck. They have it open at 4pm which is ridiculous on its own, however they don't have employees in the restaurant that actually know how to use the machines and make the Frozen Yogurt. After waiting over 30 minutes and having people who ordered after us be served before us, we requested a refund. They weren't allowed to refund without the Manager's permission, and they weren't even at the store. Not to mention how horribly hot it is inside. It's 30°C inside and they have a heater on during summer weather! I don't blame the employees, but management is a wreck and they shouldn't even serve customers if they don't know what they're doing. Photos taken at end: The mango froyo tasted like vanilla, and the strawberry cheesecake had proper toppings but the froyo itself was more vanilla flavour but you can kind-of taste the cheesecake. The mango slush was melted and watered down.

Absolute train wreck. There’s no consistency with the staff, the frozen yogurt place is always closed, and it looks like none of the staff are trained to use the frozen yogurt machines anyways! Absolutely mesmerizing how this place is still functioning! Fix the yogen!!!

The yogurt we got today may 23rd was amazing! Staff were very kind and quick. Not sure what the other reviews are about, we had a completely different experience and I felt like the atmosphere was welcoming and efficient in terms of service. This place was also open today on a holiday so I don’t know why people are saying they’re never open lol. Awesome staff and yogurt. 5 stars

We came in with a large group and it was total fiasco. The staff tried their best but they clearly were not trained well. It looked like the osmos was running well but Its obvious the frozen yogurt operation was an afterthought. We were there for 45 minutes and only 5 yogurts were made. At that point we left.

Worst place to go to for frozen yogurt, we got there @4:15 and finally got our order at 4:50. The counter wasn’t even open when we got there and they open at 4pm. There were people that made an order right after us and they order 2 drinks and they had to cancel it since they were taking so long. You need to hire more people that know what they are doing. My frozen yogurt wasn’t even made properly.

I was the only one in the store ordering frozen yogurt and instead of fulfilling my order they just kept taking orders at the osmows counter. I’m sitting in the store currently and have been for like 10 minutes waiting for them to even turn the machine on.

Don't order a bubble tea if you want a bubble tea. They don't have tapioca and don't tell you until it's made. Staff is amazing, though. Getting the hang of the new product line really quickly

this store is never open, i liked yogen fruz when it was in limeridge mall, im not sure if the owners changed but everytime i go im told a different start time . very unprofessional

Yogurt taste like it was freezer burned

I give them two stars only because I absolutely love Yogen Fruz. However there never open and never answer the phone... How sad!!!
