Nice clean studio. Soft floors make it fun to be upside down and let loose. Friday night Yin Yoga was supreme on my body. Cant wait to try the surf classes. I heard you added Toddler yoga which I will be attending next as well. Great you are in Quesnel. The flyFit classes are such a good fitness workout. Everything is so different and yet so authentic. I really am thankful you are in Quesnel. Thanks for your services, they are really appreciated!
