Yoga Shak travaille en collaboration avec les cliniques médicales CMI afin d'offrir un complément à notre médecines modernes dans le but d'atteindre et de maintenir un état de bien-être physique, psychologique et énergétique au niveau individuel et communautaire.

The Yoga Shak works in collaboration with CMI medical clinics to bring back the powers of Shakti in our modern medicine as a complementary method to attain and maintain a state of balance and well-being. Through yoga therapy, Thai Massage, Meditation, Pranayama and many other healing techniques, we intend to bring and maintain a state of equilibrium of the body, mind and soul.

I absolutely love this studio!! As soon as i walk in I feel transported to a calm and serene atmosphere. All of the teachers are super nice and competent. My fave is Erina! Her classes are challenging yet easy to follow because her queues are so on point.

Amazing place! I would highly recommend yogashack. As a beginner I felt really welcomed and had such a great experience. Staff is super professional and lovely with everyone. I will definitely come back!

I love the Hatha, Yin and meditation classes because they are all beginner friendly and the instructors are professional and very friendly. The studio is always clean and I feel at home here. The first class is free which is great because I can invite my friends to take a class with me!

Great studio with a great vibe.  Love the location next to Cremazie metro.  High ceiling studio with big windows,  you can catch sunsets at the evening classes which is awesome!  Erina is one of the best instructors I know with a challenging class and a warm smile :  Namaste

Yoga Shak is a wonderful studio. The energy, teachers, space are all one of a kind.  It is my home away from home. The main yoga room is one of the most beautiful I've yet to see.  YSM is a true blessing.

Very cosy studio, where you can find a wide variety of styles, ranging from ashtanga to yin yoga. You can find the type of class that suits you and teachers are very attentive to their students. Once you get inside, you get this soothing atmosphere, putting aside your fast paced urban lifestyle. Truly a hidden treasure in the city! :
