I love YES Fitness!  They are very personable, and everyone that goes there is friendly.  (I also love the encouragement postcards I get in the mail!)

Love this gym!  Have shaped up and greatly reduced my stress levels.  Best part is that everyone is in or near my age group, so that it is very comfortable, but challenging at the same time.

The amazing team at YES had helped make me stronger, more fit, and confident. Every class and every exercise can be tailored to fit your level, and all of the feedback is nurturing and supportive. The atmosphere nurtured by staff and clients is friendly and welcoming. (And it's a lot of fun, too!)

I have been going to YES Fitness for about one and a half years now.   I love the classes and the staff is very friendly.  I have more strength and energy and I feel better than ever.
