Stayed one night in August 2016, no where as bad as other reviews. Large clean site. Close to I 81.

Mosquitos were horrible as were the condition of the bathrooms.

Beware of this place ... We have been here for 2 1/2 weeks , one and half to go . We made are reservation Two months before we arrived . Pulled in the places didnt  looked nothing like the pictures on the web.found out picture are from 20 years ago .  Old broken down trailers at the front gate . nasty smelling registration office . Trash dump with Rats . Asked my wife what have we gotten are selfs in to .. The owners are unprediable they change the rules in the park Dailey . The people that are exsteded stay run the owners . They have turned are power off three times to work on the run down place one time we were cooking power just went off , no warning ! The owner dose the electice work around the park I am sure he is no electrition uses water pipe to run electic wire ! Can't beleave they have a SAMs sticker . I will be contacting SAMs about this place ..
