I had to throw the purchased product in the garbage. I bought snow boots for $ 120, after wearing the boots for several times, I started having pain in the left shoe, the other one was fine. I tried using it several times but the pain got worse which lead me to take it to the shop. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt but I thought that they will trace my credit card I used that day. After contacting the client services by email and providing them with the product details bar code and a screenshot of my card statement showing the payment, they came back to me saying that they can't help me further since I did not provide my phone number to the sales employee and that they also consulted their expert of boots and they confirmed that the product I bought does not have any defect, knowing that they did not inspect the product I have, it's still with me. This is the worst purchases I ever did in my life, total waste of money

Good selection of shoes but the staff need to take a chill pill !! Overheard them complaining and freaking out about coronavirus and not having gloves and how there's too many people in the store etc. .. here's a tip , do like other stores used to do in the summer, and have a designated person at the entrance monitoring how many people can come in at a time... so that it's not crowded. Organise yourselves better.

Staff is sullen and distracted. Asked for slippers and she vaguely waved at a table filled with boots. When I asked again she rudely said "yes...there" asked in both english and french

I bought there sandals for my kids. The sandals died after one month. Nothing to compare to Geox quality. You get what you pay for.
