Yazz Cleaners & Quick Stitch

Awful. June 2015 I was dealing with them, and they were great.. Now I am dealing with them again in 2016, and they are awful. First they are a week late with my dress, second, they put a run in the back of it due to lack of they're listening skills, and finally as I go for my last fitting 8 days before my wedding, they knock over a coffee with my dress. The over charged me for their terrible work, and poorly altered my bridesmaids dresses, and over charged them. I will never be going back, in fact they don't even deserve a star, I just had to give it to them to write a comment. Please just save your money, and go else where. Mind you Pam that works there is great! :)

Bad Customer Service. Girl working in the evening shift is lacking Customer service skills. Save your money and go somewhere else, because you are a paying Customer and you deserve respect. I am very disappointed and would not go back after giving them business for almost 4 Years.
