Rose City Carpet cleaners offered me the most exceptional carpet cleaning service, I've ever experienced. This company went the extra mile for me. They are excellent with stain removal, on time, and left my carpets cleaner than ever I've ever had them.

I called 3-4 companies before I decided on Rose City. A big part of deciding and going with Rose City Carpet Cleaners was the reputation of Mr. Laird's family, of which Mr. Laird did NOT disappoint when handling my carpet cleaning. Allow me to detail how he provided good service and value for my carpet cleaning: -He was quick to communicate with me on when he could come out. In fact, he even came on an evening after recently returning from vacation and after putting in a full work shift earlier that day. Mr. Laird and his associate were there from roughly 7:15p-10:30pm, making sure that all work was completed and not cutting corners so as to leave earlier. In fact, through miscommunication on our part, a spot was missed and they hooked up their machine they had already put away and then cleaned the spot. Mind you, this was late and after an already full day of work. -Without going into more detail, concerning my carpet cleaning project, my carpet required more cleaning product than originally thought, of which Mr. Laird gave me a tremendous value on the difference, which is not something the I would have expected. -His customer service and bedside manner is very good. I'm particular and generally know what I want. Considering that, he was very patient in answering all of my questions. Also, while cleaning we had a bit of small talk, of which was pleasant and appreciated. He is a pleasant person. -Most importantly to me though, although I was satisfied with the job they had preformed on my carpet, I was still unhappy with the total outcome. This was due to the nature of the condition of my carpet, not having anything to do with Rose City's work. Mr. Laird was compassionate to my situation and went over and above to check on me and my carpet the following days and even went as far to take time out to give me advice on what I could do personally to improve my carpet. Of which I have done and am now satisfied with the condition of my carpet!! Without going out of his way to give some advice, I think it likely that I'd still be miserably unhappy with my carpet! Thank you so much, Mr. Laird! You're work and compassion is changing people's lives! Hahaha, even if it's just their carpet. ; ***All these things said. If you're looking for the absolute bottom dollar company, that skimps out on cleaning/cleaning product, methods used and does the bare minimum which really isn't even worth having done then you'll want to go with someone other than Rose City. However, if you value extremely reasonable rates, quality work and someone who cares as much about you as they do providing for themselves, then Mr. Laird at Rose City Carpet Cleaners is your guy! It's a no brainer... :D
Robert was very thorough and did an excellent job. He's a very nice guy that cares about the customer. His work speaks for itself and our rug and chair have never looked better!
