I would rate Yarnell higher than 5 stars if I could. They were amazing. The spring broke on our door and they were here within a couple hours, had it fixed, ensured everything worked properly, and cleaned up in a VERY short time. The gentleman who attended our house were friendly and courteous.
Late Thursday evening I had a cable snap on my garage door. On Friday morning I made a phone call to yarnell garage doors and the receptionist sent a crew out that afternoon. My garage door was fixed within an hour and the cost was reasonable. Thankyou so much for your speedy response and service. It helped keep my mind at ease knowing that it was fixed before the weekend.
Terrible service, very costly and taking advantage of the situation. I was out of town, my wife couldn't open the garage door to take her car out. She called this company, technician arrived and was trying to convince my wife that the garage door opener or the opener and the garage door must be changed and it will cost about $5000.00. My wife called me and I asked the technician that just pull the release lever inside and open the garage door, let her take her car out and bring the garage door down manually. the technician did what I said and charged $300.00 for service call. after I came back home, I called another company, a very knowledgeable and honest technician changed the old cables to make sure that the door will move evenly, total cost for material, labour and tax was $209.50. you be the judge.
Excellent service so far. I just hope the rest of the journey is excellent. Jordan was very patient and knowledgeable.
Great emergency service from Yarnell today. I thought my garage door was broken after the power outage yesterday, they came out to check it and reassured me that everything was in working order. Prompt, friendly and professional service!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
