If your not able to go back to work for a while after surgery don't rely on these guys to get any paperwork done for short term or long term disability. It took them two weeks to do the paper work and they didn't even fill it out correctly for the second time so now my fiance has to wait for them to get the papers AGAIN for the 3rd time and wait for them to send them in again. Not happy with them at all. I understand they might be busy but I saw the paper work. Would only take 15 minutes to fill out. Not satisfied at all.

If you want to die of colon cancer this is the place to go. They are rude and lazy and will only do the minimum required to try and help. They will go over a year of treating symptoms instead of working to find the cause. When someone else can find it in a matter of minutes just by doing the correct test. But to bad it is to late now.
