I have been very pleased with Dr Barnes office ever since I switched to there. Everyone in their entire business is so pleasant to work with. From the receptionist, to the billing, to the checkout, and to the nurses and Dr Barnes. The reason I like Dr Barnes so much as a doctor is that he listens to me and he will spend as much time with me as I need. I never feel rushed when I'm there. I feel very blessed to be a part of Dr. Barnes patients.

Absolute BEST practice in Bowling Green! I’ve gotten to know a few of the staff members over the past few weeks, and they are PHENOMENAL! Healthcare is tough and no one is perfect. However, this office has always made me feel like they care and do their best to help me. I cannot say enough. Thank you!!

The office is always welcoming and helpful. Dr Barnes attends to all aspects of my health. He listens to whatever health details I bring to him and proceeds with action when necessary. When it’s nothing to worry about, he explains why.

Dr Barnes and his staff are always very friendly and caring and knowledgeable to my husband & I. Another plus is that we never have to wait very long in their office. Also whenever I have called the nurse line I always get a prompt call back. We have no complaints with BG family physicians

I love the care I recieve from doctor Barnes,and his nurses they take his time and listens to any concerns or questions you may have . The office staff however are rude and disrespectful, very uncaring and down right nasty most of the time!
