Loved the atmosphere, the belly dancer included everyone.Friendly staff and food was delicious we ordered the platter with king crab,steak, lamb chops, potatoes, rice and salad.We also tried three different dips with the fresh hot pita bread.Will definitely be back.
Classic Greek fare. Platters have best value from 69$to 100 I believe. Favourite spanikapita, lamb, Kalamari. Professional wait staff. Good reputation.
First time at Yamas Taverna, ordered the “jumbo” garlic prawns for $16 and it only came with 5 tiny pieces. Not sure if this is normal for this restaurant but I was pretty disappointed to find out that I paid $16 for 5 pieces of regular sized shrimps.
Glad that we pick this place for dinner. The portion was generous. The staff was amazing and recommended three dishes for us everyone hits the bar! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone
Absolutely delicious Greek food, welcoming atmosphere, and staff who are friendly and know what to recommend, the roast lamb was one of the best we have ever had!
So good! Thank you to our server Jess for making our first time to Yamas great and giving us an anniversary dessert be sure to try the Ekmek!. We'll be back!
Food here was amazing. I’ve had lots of Greek food in my life and I have very high standards and this place was amazing! The tzatziki was really good. All the souvlaki tasted amazing and was well seasoned. Across the board, the food had lots of flavour and we will come back soon!
If we are in Kelowna, we never miss dining out here. Delicious food and desert. My boy cannot forget his experience here. Staff were super nice to him!!! Try their Souvlaki, Mousaka and Roast lamb..Yum! Update 2022: We’re back again
What an amazing experience this was! From the warm greeting at arrival, to the entire staff providing fantastic service- and the food! Oh my! Kalamari appetizer, and Jumbo prawn combo meal- all perfect!! I had the Ekmek for dessert and it was divine! Highly recommend
One of the highlights of my trip. Food was to die for. Roast lamb was delicious and my steak was cooked to perfection. I couldn't be any happier with the time and money spent here. I will be back again.Food: 5/5
