The tempura was hot, fresh, and tasty. the Yama's Green Roll was unique and very succulent. The spring rolls were crisp and hot but the filling was a bit mushy. We would have liked more crunch inside. But others are likely to enjoy the textures as they are. All in all, a good place for Japanese takeout.
Got the sashimi dinner for takeout, got 16 pieces instead of 18. The portions, and size of each piece varied a lot. The fish seemed average quality/freshness. The guy taking the order was at least friendly. With so many sushi options in the area, I'd go elsewhere next time.
This place serves excellent sushi! I could even compare the quality to what I received at Genki Sushi in Utsunomiya, Japan. I ordered the rainbow roll, hot babe roll, and yellowtail box. All three were very good, even though the prices are a little higher here than what I'm used to paying.
I tried two bento options - one with Chicken and another with salmon. Both are good but I liked the chicken one better. The sushi that comes with it was also yummy. Overall, the price was reasonable and the food was good.
Great and friendly staff! Great sushi! Miso soup is great, has a great amount of all the tofu, green onions, and seaweed!! My personal favorite is the fried sweet potato roll!
Excellent hibachi noodles and seasoning. Prices are very reasonable with friendly service. Highly recommended.
Very impressed of how great everything was. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to how much food they give you. Danny was very kind explaining different sushi rolls and sooo courteous. I would definitely come back again.
