Great concept! Pick your ingredients for a sushi roll or a bowl. Tastes great! Fresh!
Good option for gluten free/dairy free dining. There is a cross contamination factor for the slicer machine, but if you have an allergy they hand cut it. I recommend the crunchy salmon roll, the tempura they sprinkle on top is gluten free
Fresh tasting ingredients in a quick customizable format. Would recommend even to those that don't enjoy sushi, the chicken and rice bowl is delicious!

Kind of pricy but it’s good food! Choosing your own sushi ingredients is always fun. The food is always fresh and there’s options for everyone. Staff has always been kind as well.
