We were shopping around until we met Henry. It‘s the best flooring store we have ever found. He is so nice and patient to reply to all our questions and concerns. Most importantly, he really considered our side to suggest the best choice for us, not just selling something to customers. We highly recommended them!
A great find! Me & my husband needed to change the carpeting in our apartment and we actually wanted to have it done fast within couple days, which was a problem for a lot of stores and we had a budget constraint. These guys were extremely helpful, they got the job done literally next day and we ended up saving some money compared to the quotes we’ve received from other stores. I am loving our new carpet!
Yaletown floor guys are very professional, they were very helpful with us and the installation was perfect. On time and finished to the last detail. Their price was the best we found and their product is fantastic.

This is the first time I feel compelled to leave a review for a company that I did not end up purchasing from. Yaletown Flooring and Henry were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, I could not find my flooring match this time but I would definitely return here for future projects and refer friends and family. These guys are top notch! Great selection, pricing is competitive and service is excellent.
Henry is truly one-of-a-kind. He really does give every customer his undivided attention and works to meet all your needs. This was the second time purchasing flooring through his store and both experiences were very pleasant. I wasn't able to pick up my order this time so I gave him a quick call and sure enough he gave me a number for someone that could take care of it for me. His contact provided same-day service at a fair price, he really saved me. I've also used his contacts to hire installers and was very pleased with their work.
