Nucasa -The Finishing Touch

Open when they feel like it, not according to their official hours. Info says they open at 0730, handwritten sign on door says 0900. We chose them because we needed pieces for our contractor at 0730. Kept us waiting over two hours. A man drove by and shouted from their vehicle window at 0905h that someone would be there by 0930h. Someone finally came to open the store at 0945h, and served other customers first even though they came much later than us. VERY unprofessional. They are offering 20% cash discount right now because they are changing owners, but we will NOT be back.

Five stars to Tim at Nucasa Richmond who went above and beyond to assist me in ordering a product from Winnipeg and having it delivered straight to me in Victoria. He was knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and pleasant. Would definitely deal with Nucasa again because of Tim.

I've used Nucasa a few times, the staff is great, I've dealt with Jinder and Linda mostly and both are knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick the right product for me or my customers. There's a reason why theres a line up at times. Good prices and suberb customer service. Thank you guys!

Called to see if they would be open after reading about their loose business hours. Yep we will be here when you come later in the day was their reply. They were closed at 1:30 pm. Used to be great company when in Richmond apparently not any more.

There is a young tall brown guy working at Nucasa..he is such a good human and very helpful.. he always help me with my orders and pretty polite and professional.he never shows any attitude or faces. All the starts are for him specials

Very professional company. Jinder was awesome at ordering my grills and they opened a few minutes early when they saw me sitting outside waiting. Keep it up Nucasa!

I waited over 15 minutes to ask a simple question. Seemed like joking around with each other was more of a priority - went to another store and got just what I was looking for in a very timely manner

I went there to get some hardwood frieze material .I asked at the counter where I could find it and was waved vaguley by a young chap who said it's over there . He was not helpful at all and nobody else was there. I will look for an alternative supplier .

Found this place to be basic. Couldn't help with my t-mouldings and reducers as I would have to match them with my current floor by staining them myself. This place was nothing special.

Good selection of floors and trim. Nice staff. Worth visiting.
