I visited Dr. Exley because I had been experiencing chronic neck and back pain from years of sitting at an office desk. During the initial visit, Dr. Exley explained the fundamentals to me and outlined a treatment plan. WIthin the following few visits, my back pain had subsided considerably and I experienced wider range of motion in my neck. The treatments have also improved my athletic movement and allowed me to sleep better at night with less frequent headaches.
