Carly is incredible! I started seeing Carly for RMT to help with migraines and I felt improvements after the first visit. She is professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and she adapts each session to your needs on that day. She goes above and beyond and has helped me to alleviate some of my concerns. I am so grateful for the improvements I have experienced and the care I have received.

Inspirit group is convenient and amazing. I buy supplement and use their service through out the year. Definitely recommend. Their receptionist had been great to accommodate my schedule for picking up items even during the snowy season! Thanks

Had an appointment with an osteopath which seemed to relieve some of the pain I have been experiencing. The second appointment i forgot about this morning and called to apologize and rebook. The receptionist that was working today accused me of lying about forgetting saying that they see when I open up my reminder in my email and asked what the real reason was that I didn’t come in. I repeated that I just forgot and wanted to rebook and that I understand if she needs to charge me. She replied “I’ll let Manaz decide if she wants to charge you. Thanks.” **click*  What poor customer service! I can’t believe the way I was treated especially when I am someone who felt bad already about missing my apt. I don’t even want to go back now because of her.  I called her back and asked why she hung up and why she was so rude and all she could say was that she didn’t hear a reply so she hung up. She didn’t even give me a chance to reply!!! If you don’t like your job that much why don’t you give it to someone who does.

I started going to Inspirit for Osteopathy to help improve a frozen shoulder and Mahnaz is really helping improve my range of motion. I can highly recommend her!

Mahnaz is a wizard! Very knowledgeable, talented and full of techniques. I feel in good hands with her. Helped me with back pain more than any  other practitioner. I highly recommend her.

I have Osteopath appointments with Mahnaz and she is truly amazing! If you're unfamiliar with Osteopathy it's similar to a relaxing deep tissue massage but also works on joint flexibility and mobility. You feel completely relaxed afterwards and immediately notice an increase in range of motion in the following days. Thank you Mahnaz!

Carly is a very thorough therapist, and I always leave my treatments feeling put back together. She's friendly, easy going, and has a great sense of humor.  I've been doing some homecare that she gave me and have noticed the pain in my shoulders has been feeling better since. I always look forward to my treatments with her!

I’m a fan of Mahnaz, a gifted professional Osteopathy therapist. She listens to my concern and focused on all my problem areas. I always feel super relaxed and loose after her treatment. Seriously she is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone!  Also the place is clean and spacious!

Acupuncture hasn’t been a great experience for me in the past. However, Carrie however has completely changed that. Her knowledge, patience, tenacity and care has been an incredibly healing experience. I’m noticing a vast improvement with her treatments and the herbs. She puts her heart and soul into the treatments ...it’s impressive.  Ive also seen Carly for a massage with focus on my lower back... another incredible practitioner.  Highly recommended both of these practitioners. I love this clinic.
