We had a leak from above. On the first visit the plumber sent didn't do much. The next plumber sent fixed the problem, but had to come back to retighten a hose clamp that allowed a new leak.

Adam and Lucas did an outstanding job installing a new water main in our strata. They were very accommodating with our businesses' operating schedule and showed up in the wee hours of the morning to complete the work. Pipes were well insulated to prevent them from sweating on ceiling tiles. Thank you.

We have been customers of Xpert Mechanical for 22 years. They installed our boiler, do the maintenance on the system.and they are my go-to when something heating or plumbing goes wrong. All of their staff have been great.

Dec 19 , 2020 At my building at Edgewood Place , Burnaby it apparently takes the plumbers 3 days to repair a boiler . The care taker of our building failed to say that on the notice . The council of our building seems to think that Xpert Mechanical does great work but it is not exactly true .

Xpert Mechenical is our contracted by our strata to do all the work in our apartment building,so i hired them to to my bathroom renovations. They broke a pipe in the wall and flooded out my neighbours's suite. I was left with a $6200+ bill and Kerry won't even come to my place and discuss. He and his insurance company so far are just stone walling me! After his 2 plumber's left i found 2 more leaks in the pipes and the stack pipe clamp left off. Hire a different company!

My strata used these guys, they are awesome. Receptionist was incredibly helpful today coordinating a plumber to come into my unit to fix a backup today, the morning before I’m due to fly out of town for 10 days.

It's the company I use for my strata. I'm guessing reasonable rates based on Vancouver. 180$ first hour and then 90 for every other hour + materials obviously which will be marked up.
