I called for information only, regarding polyB tubing...twice! Each time, they were very informative, and helpful. A considerable amount of their time was given on each phone call; it was refreshing not to be rushed or brushed off. Great professionalism.
Very good company to work for.
Terrible experience. They have broken things during piping project. Attempted to cover up. Replacement to mirror they broke is still outstanding after weeks. They originally promised to rectify in 3 days.
I'm very disappointed. Brighter did a repiping in my apartment building, they left asbestos debris in my suite on my carpets and refused to clean it up properly according to industry standards.
AMAZING staff!!!
