This is a lovely Westmount clinic for receiving aesthetic services. They have a personal touch that is very important to me. I have entrusted Dr. Rowen for many years with all my nonsurgical aesthetic queries and he is just excellent and thoroughly up-to-date. He is also an emergency room physician so you know you're in good hands. His whole staff are warm, energetic and knowledgeable individuals. In addition, I highly recommend Vanessa for laser treatments: she is trained as an RN registered nurse, approaches all her tasks in a professional yet caring manner, takes the time to explain everything and leaves no stone unturned in the treatment process.

I recently had a treatment for varicose veins with Dr. Rowen at XO Med Esthetic. Their new office is full of light and lovely. The treatment hurt less than the previous times - not sure why but I was delighted, and it worked. Catherine, the receptionist, and Vanessa, the assistant, were kind and professional. I felt quite comfortable in terms of the Corona virus and the safety precautions taken for example, we are instructed to arrive not more than 5 minutes in advance to avoid overlap.

This place makes you feel at ease with discussing any and all of your esthetic needs. The staff is down to earth, personable and extremely knowledgeable. You’ll feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Esthetic services don’t have to feel pretentious, cold or fake. Dr Rowan will address your concerns and uses reliable techniques to help you obtain the results you’re looking for. Vanessa is also a gem and adds comfort and care to every visit. You’re in good hands here!

I’m so happy to be a patient of this clinic! Dr Rowen and receptionists are highly professional and very nice. I appreciate they call couple of days after treatment just to make sure you’re okay. They really care about their patients. It’s not that you usually experience in Montreal! In addition, I would like to say that Dr Rowen sees the full picture of your face and he knows how to make it better as an artist. When I came only for my lips he suggested me to put the small amount of filler in my chin and sculls to get the best result. I was scared at first but the result was very good! I’m 100% satisfied with both service and price. Thank you Xomed and see you in September!
