This place has the best bubble tea I tried in Montreal so far! It’s so fresh. The bobas are made in front of you and are put meticulously into every cup. I got the signature pearl milk tea. So good! The staff is nice, the decorations are nice, and the place has fun art Pieces and a fortune game that entertained us until the drinks were ready. I would definitely recommend this place
I have been a massive fan of the bubble tea since a long time, and I have to admit that I am impressed by how the bubble tea scene in Montreal has blossomed so rapidly in recent years. Until recently, I have always relied on my trips to Asia and the USA for my fix of bubble teas, with Montreal standing as an afterthought in that regard. But now, with the presence of bubble tea "giants" such as Xing Fu Tang and the Alley in Montreal, the Montreal's bubble tea scene can't be overlooked anymore. Just tried this Xing Fu Tang's offshoot located downtown Montreal in an area that I call "foodie heaven" an impressive number of eateries in that area. I took their signature brown sugar handmade pearl milk which I am not a fan of, because it mostly tastes milky whereas I prefer the tea flavor in milk teas - -- but do not get me wrong, this is well done and if you prefer a milkier bubble tea, then this is for you as well as the brown sugar handmade pearl milk tea which is naturally what I loved because I am partial to the flavor of the tea in milk teas, a tea flavor that I did not find overwhelming at all, just the right intensity of tea flavor for a milk tea. They stand out in the bubble tea "crowd" of Montreal by stir-frying the tapioca with brown sugar in a wok. The taste of milk may vary from one country to another, obviously, therefore take that into account if you like comparing bubble teas from one country to another, and with that in mind, this was easily one of the very best of its kind in Montreal I tried them all in Montreal: nice depth of complexity in the taste of the brown sugar, the pearls were great full-flavored, balanced consistency of soft and chewy and it is true that they have a chewy consistency and softness to them that make theirs a bit more exciting than what their peers are doing , fresh made boba which is what they do does have the edge, indeed, and do not forget to mix it well to get an even flavor.
Probably the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. I had their signature pearl drink. The bobas are fresh and warm, the amount of sugar is just perfect, and the cups are super cute although I wish they were made of thicker plastic so that you can reuse it. Prices are like any other place i believe 7-9$. There’s also a fortune game with quotes. Definitely going there again.
For boba pearls lover, you’re in for a treat! This brand comes from Taiwan and their brown sugar pearls are the best!!!! It is just enough of sweet, chewy. It is freshly made in store, and cooked! Pricing is acceptable for bubble tea. For lactose intolerant crowd me ‍, they have alternative choices such as Brown sugar oat milk latte. Must try!
They were having a promotion for new ice cream items and we tried the red bean soft serve. It was good but just a bit overly sweet. Good to share between 2 people if you want a small snack and don't like too sweet. The interior is cute and you can see everything being prepared. The staff seemed fairly new but friendly. It was a bit uncomfortable to see someone who appeared to be the manager ridiculing and berating her staff openly in front of customers so hoping it was just an off day. The person taking our order seemed to just want to check what we had ordered was available and received some harsh remarks for asking. As a customer, I'd rather you check than charge me and let it be a surprise if you're not sure.
In my opinion they have the best brown sugar tapioca pearls in Montreal and surroundings, and I’ve tried tons of bubble tea places. They have the perfect soft and chewy texture, and are very consistent. My go-to is the signature brown sugar pearl milk, and the strawberry pearl milk whenever I’m feeling like having a fruity drink.
The bubble tea here is an extra level. Super fresh pearls of perfect texture and the tea/milk balance is just perfect and smooth and tasty. A but pricey but well worth it. Get the signature one with tea!
Cool place. The strawberry milk bubble tea tasted great but it had too many tapioca BALLS in my opinion. Next time, I'll order it without the BALLS because the drink tasted so good and I don't want the volume of the cup being taken up by all these BALLS. It tastes like real strawberry.Food: 5/5
Heard a lot of buzz about how this place do fresh batch of bubbles all the time. And i thought that it was something to try of course because who doesn’t love bubble tea. From the recommendations i got i tried the brown sugar tea with pearls and to say the least it was so good, flavours were on point the ratio of the bubbles with the tea. Overall recommended for bubble tea lovers.
We did not know how famous this brand is but their signature drink did not disappointed us. You can see they making brown sugar bubble in front of you. Staff is nice, store is brand new and clean. We love their Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, milk is fresh and the bubbles pearl is perfect cook. You can pay by credit cards here. We will come back for sure even though I’m the one most of the time try to stay away from milk tea.
