Whoa I am so glad I walked by this place near Atwater, I’ve been to all kinds of bubble tea places in Montreal but never heard of this gem. Don’t expect to find the usual milk tea, taro, peach green tea, honeydew bubble tea because you ain’t going to find them there. BUT! they have those you can’t find in other bubble tea shops. The names they gave their bubbleteas are somehow cool, just like they name cocktails in a bar. and they taste great…their tapiocas were chewy and not soggy two thumbs up My friends and I took Matcha for those matcha lovers Leo fraise sorta like strawberry milk View point Taste of tropical guava + condensed milk and the place is very instagrammable. cool modern hip place. they play good hiphop music as well. Will return!
Some of the best boba in town. Their flavors are very unique and they use top quality ingredient. The price is a bit high, but worth it in my opinion
Unique flavours that taste amazing. Our favourite was the horchata- we had to order a second one because we loved it so much. Also our server was very welcoming and helpful. :
The coolest and trendiest place in town for Bubble Teas!! Okay, so they have Baby Yoda which is super cool, but that’s not why. It’s because of their awesome recipes and the fact that their straws are not plastic They even have hot Boba, that I need to try soon, and crazy good hot chocolate from Hot Hot Hut. Go there right now and you won’t regret it or have one delivered right now. Trust me, you need this in your life.
This place just opened up not too long ago and offers a small but very unique menu. Ordered the matcha, mango, and sesame drinks. All were great but have to say the sesame/pear/chocolate was by far my favourite! It tasted like a dessert without the heaviness. I was a but worried about chocolate and black sesame, but the proportions were perfect! You can tasted the roasted black sesame and the chocolate is just a hint to give a richness of flavour. The tapioca were soft but also just a little chewy - exactly how it should be. We're excited to come by and try out the rest of the menu! And don't think we didn't notice the recyclable materials used :
This is a lovely new bubble tea place in town that is completely different from the standard one that are franchises. Boba Boba offers an original menu of flavours and combinations that you cannot get at your typical bubble tea shops. I enjoyed the Cherribiscus hibiscus, morello cherries, and sugar cane boba and the Susuwatari black sesame tea, rice milk, chocolate syrup and brown sugar boba on a hot summer’s day. Amazing flavours and you can taste that it is made with the real stuff. They also have monthly flavours to keep you coming back for more! A must try!
- Updated- I loved the sunny side up but I found their matcha flavor a bit off maybe because it was mixed with the tapioca syrup. The tapiocas themselves are worth it !!! delicious They come in Medium or Large, no other sizes. Great for a drive break. They do take out. I parked right outside quickly where the parcometer is with my two arrow lights. Reply: The matcha flavor is strong enough but I was thrown off by the mix of palm sugar and matcha, it was not what I expected.
They're are making their Boba with natural ingredients and the straw is Resistant and compostable, like the dreammm. Really, they went over my expectations in term of the great ingredients selection. Super tasty!
New bubble tea place that opened last week. I like that they have a few original combinations of flavours ex : chocolate/pear, cherry/hibiscus, ube and they use eco-friendly packaging. However, while it is good, I find that it's a little expensive for bubble tea around 8-10$ compared to nearby places like presotea, alley, shuyitea who also use natural ingredients in their drinks. I also would of liked to be able to customize the sugar levels since it has almost become a standard in the bubble tea business. Nonetheless, if you want to try something new and refreshing, it can be an option when you are in the Guy-Concordia area.
I really appreciated the kind service rendered at Boba Boba. I tried the Cobra Kai for the first time and just loved the hint of miso in there. Their passion for concocting different flavours really shines through - when I was there, the smell of cloves was pleasantly strong and they took time to explain how they were coming up with a new drink reminiscent of Swedish fish! Kudos also for being eco-friendly in their selection of serve ware straws were made with biodegradable sugarcane fibre. Of course, the soft chewy bubbles were the highlight of the drink. Looking forward to the next Boba Boba! Thanks again :
