Such a great experience! Both employees went above and beyond even though I came in right before close. Good selection of phone cases. Nick took a lot of extra time to discuss options with me at the start and helped me find what I was looking for. Also cleaned my phone and insisted I try out the case to make sure it was a good fit prior to purchasing. Transferred the magnet that was on my old case for me, which involved using adhesive. All for a super low, reasonable price. I will not be buying through amazon again. Very impressed.

This place is awesome. The service is top-notch and the quality of repair was unbelievable good. The staff is informative and knows their stuff. I cracked my rear glass on my iPhone and they made it look brand new again. The price is fair, $130 for a rear glass replacement which would have cost $650 at the Apple store. I’m definitely going here again

I walked in with my iPhone 8 Plus screen badly cracked and walked out with a new screen in 40 minutes. Both employees were extremely professional and helpful and they even installed a complimentary screen protector. Amazing service and a fantastic value. I will be recommending them to others!

Had a screen break on my cell phone, I contacted Xwireless and talked to Nikhi, he explained my options and gave me a better price than all the other places I've been to so far. Went in the shop and dropped off my phone for the repair, and it was ready the next day. Unfortunately, I had to request them to undo the screen replacement as the phone manufacturer requires proprietary calibration software when the screen is replaced, the shop had no way of predicting this and cannot be blamed. Overall very knowledgeable and professional, this is what a local business should always be like. Would definitely recommend this place to other people.

The people that work here have integrity and are very reliable. I seriously damaged the screen of my Samsung S8 and they helped replace it and install a screen protector that suited the size of my existing case. All of this was same day. There's a reason they are so highly rated. I'm very glad to have a complete screen again.

I wish I could give Nick 6 stars! I had brought my phone to a franchise store to repair and they were not able to transfer all my information to my new phone. I took the phone to Xwireless Phone Repair and Nick took his time to explained to me exactly what he would do. He suggested that I take the phone back to the other store so that I wouldn't need to pay for a second charge. I declined as Nick seemed very knowledgeable and I didn't want the other store to mess up the phone even more. Sure enough, after 1.5hr, Nick was able to transfer my all chats and SMS messages to my new phone where the other store was not able to do! He was experienced, professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service! Nick even gave me a discount seeing that I've already paid the other store who couldn't fix my phone. This is now my go to store for repairs!!

Best service experience from a mobile phone store in the last two decades. We stopped in on a whim because it was across from where we parked and we wanted to look at their phone case selection. We left with a case, an unusual adapter I'd been looking for, a screen protector, some free wipes with instructions on how to use them in case my credit card acted up again at another vendor, AND help navigating Chinatown. Everyone was helpful and proactive in identifying and meeting our needs.

Took an iPhone here to get a cracked back screen replaced. They were so quick and detailed with their assessment, the repair was done far before the estimated 2 hours, and they even put on a screen protector for free! Can’t recommend this place enough, will be coming here for repairs and accessories moving forward for sure!

I just wanna thank Nik and all the team. I spilled liquid on my laptop keyboard and I didn't know where to go. Consider the fact that I am new in town and super selective with my suppliers. I was extremely lucky to find these guys. I contacted them through google maps and they responded in as few as 5 minutes and sent me the guidelines in order to save my computer. Just 4 hours after giving them my laptop for revision, they solved the problem. It's important to note that when I arrived they asked me to wait for 5 minutes to open my laptop and they showed me what was the issue at the moment. I had a great experience here. I took in my broken iPad Pro with water damage. Nikhil quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated the status of his work by email, and explained my repair options honestly. He was professional and explained everything clearly and fully with me. I choose not get the repair done with him, because he explained to me it wouldn’t be worth spending $ on the repair while I could go directly to Apple and probably get a replacement for a little more—he could have taken my money but he chose to be honest with me and I really appreciated that. Also his diagnostic fee was totally reasonable. Highly recommended!!
