Very quick turnaround. Friendly staff. However it seems the new screen used to replace my old one seems *very* delicate and very susceptible to cracking. My phone slipped off a very low surface and cracked everywhere. Twice. All of my phone calls also seem to either mute, or go on speakerphone when the phone is against my ear from my face pressing them I suppose. This never happened in the years I had the phone before this repair. Overall I think this shop is great for a quick fix, I just have a few concerns regarding the quality of materials.

Very dishonest owner. Thank God, I recorded my phone conversation and in-store interaction with him. I wouldn’t have been refunded, if I didn’t have all of the audio recordings.He sold me an iPhone 11, telling me that all of the components were Apple. He also told me, that the battery health was good. All lies. Record all of your dealings with this character. Buy at your own risk!

Bought an iPhone 14 + from Key and service was quick and he was very helpful in finding the store and allowed me to try out the phone before buying. Would definitely come by again for another phone.

Sold me a phone a month ago battery life/performance wasn't too great. Told me to go to apple to fix the issue and worst part was, couldn't get no refund :

Do not get your stuff fixed at this place ever! Don’t even buy used things from here 100% probably knock offs! Read the stores bad reviews to see how they respond. Shows their true colours. So I got my back glass fixed here a year ago when I got my phone back it was no longer black it was green. I told them I wanted it changed back to black like I had come in with. They told me “it’s just a phone I should just take what I get” and “it would be another hour.” When it was taking longer then the hour they said it would be, they tell me they Sent it somewhere else because they didn’t have the part. Fast forward to now. I take to a different place because my screen popped out of the casing. My battery expanded and popped the screen out. This new guy askes me if I had it fixed before. I reference this place and he tells me that not a single part in my iphone is an genuine apple product, pont out all the different wiring And says the last person who ‘fixed’ my phone replaced all the parts they could with third party ones. Long story not so short, DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! Not only rude as fuvk employees, but total scammers.

If I can give 10 stars I would. My phone issue was a rarity and every store and repair shop I went to wouldn't want to even touch it. All I needed was my SIM card to be removed so I can transfer it to my new phone. These guys willingly took in my phone and promptly removed the SIM card for me even though it gave them a little bit of trouble as the SIM card drawer was literally welded shut. After a week of running around trying to find someone who can remove the SIM card and being stuck with a useless new phone, these guys were awesome. Whenever I have a phone problem, I can always count on them.

Excellent Customer Service! Went to get my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced and got the best value and money spent for it. He gave me a brand new apple screen, had it done within 10 mins and was super accommodating. You will always get places that will offer to get it done cheaper, but it wouldn't be the same quality! Highly recommended.

Great place, very nice guy who owns it. Is from Toronto, so we can support our cities entrepreneurs as well. Fixed my iPhone 6s screen in 15 minutes for $90 total. It was cracked and had black blotches that could not be seen through and is now as good as new.

Absolutely amazing guys! They were super friendly and very helpful. I smashed my iPhone 6 screen and they fixed it perfectly within 10 minutes. Great environment and would recommend to anyone and everyone! I left my charger at the store and they called me right away to let me know! Wonderful guys!
