When I fist booked the appointment, I was surprised to see the low ratings. After my X-ray & ultrasound appointments, I understand why. I had asked for an appointment for first thing in the AM, the booking person told me that my appointments were 2:00 & 3:00 PM so I juggled my schedule to accommodate those times. I then received an automated phone message stating that my X-ray appointment was at 2:20 PM the ultrasound appointment time wasn't noted. I phoned & asked to confirm my time as I didn't want to be excessively early nor miss my appointment by being inadvertently late. I was then told that my appointment was at 2:10 PM & she refused to give me a clear time 2:00 PM vs. 2:20 PM vs. 2:10 PM. I had to bark at her in order to get the actual appointment time which was 2:20 PM - I had already been planning on arriving ~ 10:00 minutes before the appointment so if I showed up 10:00 minutes before the 2:00 PM "appointment," I would have had a 30 minutes wait. Definitely bring something to amuse yourself because you will likely be waiting longer than you had expected if you're punctual. Some of the exam techs including a supervisor were rude & unpleasant. Even if these screenings were not a wildly uncomfortable ordeal, I would have still expected staff to be professional & respectful. I'm quite annoyed as this clinic is the most conveniently located for me but I'll have to spend more travel time on subsequent screening appointments because I'll be booking at a different clinic as I have no interest in repeating such a terrible experience.
My wife booked a mammogram and ultrasound here. Unfortunately, when she arrived, the doctor's requisition form was nowhere to be found, and she did not bring a copy. We will need to reschedule and will be charged a misdiagnosis fee. The office manager, Shahnaz, very professional and with great empathy of our frustration. She was so kind and patient, she contacted the doctor's clinic to get the requisition form. She calmed my wife down and walked her through the process. I couldn't express how thankful we are! She made us feel love and care for others! Strongly recommend this place!
Just finished receiving an ultrasound at X-Ray 505. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment. I arrived much fasted than expected so I was about 25 minutes early. I was surprised I was seen at 9:45am, which was a nice perk. I found the staff at the front desk to be polite and my technician was kind and clear. I felt cared for and the visit was perfectly brief.
Five stars. Very cordial staff. Thorough professionals. Got the appointment easily over the phone for the same day. Wait of ten minutes and then the examination and the radiologist was also very good and professional. Highly recommend this place.
Receptionist was insanely rude. For a clinic that people may feel scared and nervous attending , this receptionist made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. She was on her phone when I walked in and was annoyed that I had distracted her. Based on other reviews it’s an ongoing thing.
There is a reason that reviews are so horrible! If I could give it half a star I would! Receptionist very rude unfriendly and not helpful at all! Took over seven minutes to process the guest ahead of me and I ended up missing my appointment because according to her I was 10 minutes late! Will not be using this location again and do not recommend it to anyone. I think it’s worth mentioning that took me over 45 minutes on hold to book the appointment. Closest appointment was a month out. Either we need more Companies that provide the service or we need to improve the services in the companies that are already out there.
Took a day off at work to go to this appointment. Arrived 7 mins late because there was a construction worker who stopped the traffic right by the medical building due to a construction truck trying to come out from the site. I explained to the receptionist that i was little late cause of the construction. Receptionist asked me to wait cause she had to go check with a tech or something then helped other ppl. That took another about 8 mins or so... By the time she got off her seat to go check with tech it was 15 mins past my appointment time. Then, she came back and very firmly told me that i had to rebook my appointment. I was not very pleased at all. Will not re-book my appointment at this place.
I visited here for the abdominal ultrasound. The staff were very nice to help me to book and reschedule the appointment by phone. On the test day, I didn't wait that long after check in. Next day I called them to find out whether the report was ready and was answered kindly. Overall, this place is recommendable to go...
It’s absurd there are still such low standards for patient communication in situations that are as intimate and vulnerable as this. You get taken into a room from 1930? and the tech just yanks up your gown, tears and gets on you with the wand. No sense of explaining what was going to happen in such an intimate setting. Technician was pressing Hard, leaving her arm just resting on my leg even when not working. They’re just all over you on an abdominal ultrasound, there should be Any explanation what they’re doing or how to express you want them to stop. Leaves lube all over me and just say “we’re done” so I sort of wipe off my torn up paper gown and get dressed in the room with her. I am only writing this review because I don’t want others who might feel less comfortable expressing feedback in this situation to have to - find a different place.
The Ultrasound area is 50 years old, old. Technician unfriendly, I felt like I disturbed her day. Through the masks was difficult to understand. Will look for another place next time. Appointment was on time that was good.
