I was honestly really nervous going in for my 9 week pregnancy US after reading those negative reviews even tho I have had many good experiences at this place in the past. My US technician was super nice, she made sure I wasn’t too uncomfortable having full bladder, and she told me baby’s heartbeat right away, that made me felt so much better. About 10 min later she called in my husband and we both got to see baby in the monitor and she never rushed us, and gave us copies of pictures at the end. Overall it was very quick yet detailed appointment, really appreciate the technician.
I feel that your experience is really dependant on the technician you get! My technician was very sweet, informative, answered all questions I asked patiently and explained what she was doing. I went in for a pregnancy ultrasound at 14 weeks. The only thing that I have to say is that I like to have a monitor in front of me so that I can watch what she's doing without craning my neck. This is the first ultrasound place I've been to that doesn't have one. She also pushed a bit hard at times but I guess it was necessary for certain measurements. I'll still be coming back for my detailed ultrasound at 20 weeks.
It’s my first pregnancy and I had my 32 weeks ultrasound at this place. I usually go to Brooke Radiology but my midwife booked me ultrasound here, so we decided to go since my midwife appointment is right after ultrasound and location worked perfectly for us. My appointment was at 9:30 am, and I got in 9:55 am. I remember my 20 weeks appointment was about 30 mins + last 10 mins with my husband there. However, at this place it was about 15 mins and 5 mins with my husband. Moreover, when she showed us our baby we couldn’t see anything. I don’t know if their machine is so bad or she just zoomed in so much, but my when my husband mentioned he can’t see anything the lady just replied “some people are just not capable of seeing it”. We both were shocked. We got awful pictures where we cannot see basically anything. As a first time pregnant I feel so sad, mistreated, and absolutely disappointed. I know that medical field is short stuffed, but if you’re picking to be at that field you gotta understand you work with people and with the first pregnancy it just feels so unfair be treated like that.
I came with my wife for our baby’s ultrasound, I was not let into the building and kept waiting for over an hour. Was told it’s because of COVID protocols, Meanwhile other couples were being brought in together. Doesn’t sit right with me.
I went to do my mid term ultrasound at Greig Associates. I had to wait a little bit for my appointment before my doctor invited me in. For now all +1s must wait outside the clinic according to clinic COVID protocol. And once the exam is completed doctor invites them to see the photos. My doctor’s name was Nila and I can’t be more thankful for her. She was friendly, professional, very calm and was able to finish the procedure within 45 min. I would recommend this clinic and especially this doctor for anyone who is looking to do an ultrasound.
Had a detailed requisition form for X-rays, got them taken at Greig Associates, and the experience was pleasant enough - quite quick and friendly. Two days later they called me back in to take more pictures. I thought it was the requisitioning doctor who wanted more pictures, but it was actually the clinic realizing they hadn't taken all the pictures the doc had specified on the form. Now it's two weeks later, and the requisitioning doctor still hasn't received the X-rays from Greig Associates his office had called Greig multiple times, but doesn't hear back, and I have to go get another set of X-rays before I can meet with the doc. I'll get the X-rays at a hospital, so the pictures are "in the system" for my doc to view directly.
I had a appointment for an ultrasound. Day of they called me 3 times wanting me to come early. I said I would try my best due to the fact I was waiting for a ride. Once I arrived at 3:30 I unfortunately forgot my form so my daughter said she would give back and get it for me. We only lived 10 min away. The lady said well as long as she comes back within 15 min they will still do the ultrasound. I told her my appointment was not until 4:20 and I was trying to be accommodating and showed up at 3:30. Her attitude was completely rude and her treatment of me was so mean and impatient. It was obvious the only reason they wanted me early was so they could go home. When my procedure was done they wheeled me out in my wheel chair and asked where was my daughter. I said she was outside. They couldn’t see her and the same rude lady just told the technician to just leave me outside. This treatment was uncalled for. I’m an elderly woman in a wheelchair and was treated as an inconvenience. I will never go here again.
If you wonder what happens to the mean girls from high school they manage to find employment in this clinic. I was waiting for an appointment that never happened because I waited for over an hour and a half and eventually had to leave for work and a woman came in for an ultrasound with two small children. She explained to the tech that she couldn't get childcare and that person told her it was fine and took her to a room. As she walked by the desk, another one of the women loudly mocked her for bring children into the clinic. Saying things like, "Oh so what. Are we just going to let her ignore the rules!" The woman looked so humiliated. I felt terrible for her. Literally no one brings small children to a personal health appointment unless they have no choice. Obviously I have no idea why she was there, but I hope that is not the treatment that someone gets when they are in for a cancer diagnosis. Shame on Greig Associates for exposing their patients to such toxicity.
I've been to this location several times for Mammogram, ultrasound, sounds chest x-ray.. free parking is available in the neighborhood Vic and 41st area Staff is very efficient and professional. COVID safety precautions taken. My Dr receives the report the next day or so too. Receptionist are kind and pleasant. No appointments needed for chest x-ray. Required for Mammogram and ultrasound. I would agree with one lady. Change rooms are like a shower stall with drape. If uncomfortable would suggest you speak up and see ask to go change in WC. If possible update these change rooms. Claustrophobic ppl should be letting Staff know. Thanks
Quick but seems not clean in the exam rooms. Customer service at the front was excellent. Wheelchair accessible. Screener does a good job with clients, patient instructing to strictly follow Covid 19 prevention measures. With respect, my observation: Some of the techs are cold, poor bed manners, don't even make eye contact and just ask for the name, follow me and take your clothes off. Cold, non empathy. Room for improvement?
