read 1st. I used their services and i never will again. Megan was who i dealt with as well. she seemed bothered to work for me. The cost was as much as my original fine and when they failed i had to pay even more. In all it cost me over $1000 for a $300 fine, because i had to pay their fee and the fine cause they lost. they claim to have reviews on their site but for some odd reason they are all good ones. scam alert!!!! in the end they gave zero f*%ks. pay, pay, pay.

This is a gigantic waste on money. Megan who works there treats you horribly. I went to court and watched them plead guilty to absolutely every single case. They have no report with the court officials either - its almost like the court is annoyed with them. I had to plead guilty to something I didn't do because if we fought it the impact was rediculous. We did not get one concession from the court. The whole experience was terrible. Email communication is cryptic. There were no "ex cops" and no lawyers as the advertise.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. The clerk who looked after the case was not pleasant. And the results we're disgusting. Please don't waste your time and money. I would not recommend, or use again .
