Aitken Robertson

Was arrested a while ago on a mischief charge. I didn't really have anyone to go to and even though money is tight I didn't qualify for financial assistance. Contacted Aitken Robertson after I found them online and was sitting in Mr. Aitken's office less than 24hrs after I made the call. Mr. Aitken assured me that he and Mr. Baker could help me. Mr. Aitken understood my financial situation and was more than willing to create a payment plan that will make this situation much less stressful for me. Earlier tonight I was contacted by the police again and got very nervous. This was after office hours, but Mr. Baker called me and talked me through the scenarios that I might have had to face. He assured me that he would be there for me and took away a huge amount of stress. The fact that Mr. Baker called me after hours and before even having the chance to meet me has made me incredibly confident in choosing Aitken Robertson's team to represent me. I highly recommend choosing Aitken Robertson, the entire staff clearly cares about their clients and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure they make the process as stress free as possible. I got charged with a dui back in Jan 2016. First off when I went to the lawyer it was in 2015 and they told me the price of a little over 3000 with all taxes and I paid my deposit. But they had a price change starting of 2016 so I ended up paying almost 300 more. I ended up getting a 1 year suspension with the option of getting my licence in 3 months if I install the interlock as well as do the back on track course. So I asked the lawyer if I were to just wait the year can I bypass the interlock. They told me yes, which was a complete lie. I've just recently did the back on track and I was told by the MTO that I'll have to wait until the follow up of the back on track and I'll have to have he interlock in my car for a year. All in all I'd strongly suggest not using Nathan as a lawyer and avoiding this office if at all possible.

Great experience in a bad situation..nathan and carol were amazing to deal with..they were understanding and patient with us..talked us through every step and there were no surprises..i would highly recomend Nathan Baker as a criminal lawyer! His right hand lady Carol was always willing to listen and return phone calls promptly..it was resolved quickly and with the best outcome..WITHDRAWN!..cant get any better than that..thanks again nathen and carol!!
