We utilized the services of Neil to set up a new corporation for a company we had launched. His advice and explanations of the details of incorporating were very well laid out in an informative conversational manner. He was also proactive in speaking with our accountant to navigate which entity the assets of the company are best held. He is also very transparent about fees for each step which was appreciated. Neil was recommended to me by two separate people. I'd been procrastinating updating my will & some other legal documents. Neil was very professional and current with things I needed to include in my will like online information. He answered my questions in terms I could understand. I'd certainly recommend him! Well here it is now almost 2 yrs since I first met Neil for my will. I've had three more times where I've needed a lawyer, and three more times I've been pleased with the services Neil has provided. Neil Wyper at Wyper Law was easy to work with and completed all necessary documents on time. Everything was accurate and concise. Mr Wyper explained all the documents and gave a full account of all the numbers and totals and how the totals were finalized. Mr Wyper’s assistant was also wonderful to deal with. If I had a question or further information, all I had to do was send a brief email and she would reply almost immediately, even on weekends.
