Wyndham Garden Warsaw

First, when we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we waited so long that I thought we wouldn't be able to check in. I was on the phone with corporate when someone finally showed up. When I got to my room, it was filthy. There was what looked like a blade of grass on the bathroom floor, a string on the counter, and worst of all, a hair in the bed. It was disgusting. I would never stay here again and I'd warn anyone to stay far away

Me and my bf stayed here for a total of 6 nights. I personally was very unsatisfied with my stay. Firstly, one of the back doors was broken and attached to it was a paper saying “just come on in” I personally witnessed people from the inn across the street come right in in and explore the whole place. that is a serious safety hazard in mynopinion. I was also very unhappy with the cleanliness of that area. Also the pool and hot tub were broken which I was very disappointed about because I was excited to check that out. As far as the bedrooms go, they were clean but lacked toiletries and the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I suppose this is what you get when you pay $90 a night. If I would’ve known, I would have gladly pay $50 extra dollars a night and went to the hilton across the street.

Don't stay here. It's horrible. Your queen room includes queen size bed frames with full size mattresses that are hard as a rock. HVAC system is incredibly loud in all rooms. Key cards are not needed to get in the building, just open the door and walk on in. I think homeless shelters have better security. Courtyard is a mess... most lights out there are burned out, chairs and tables are filthy. Outdoor pool was filled but closed down at the time of our stay. This place is awful. I can't believe Wyndham would put their name on this dump.

We had a great stay. The pool area was very nice and I love that there’s an arcade and restaurant attached. The staff member we worked with was very friendly. The room was very clean. The only downfalls were lack of toiletries and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable in the world, but other than that it was pretty nice!

Oh my! I had stayed here years ago and really enjoyed the experience. The rooms were slightly outdated then, but the amenities outdoor pool/ courtyard area, onsite restaurant and bar, and indoor pool & hot tub, made it worth it. I stayed here recently and the rooms are old! The outdoor pool was shut down, hot tub closed, the hotel felt like a ghost town, despite us being there with a group, and they have apparently not renewed their liquor license, so the bar is closed. The rooms were musty and old. Sadly, this property has started to crumble, and we won't be back. It's a bummer because the setup was so nice before.
